LIFT, installation.
Video installation for placement in elevator. Parts of video are triggered by custom software and interface to play at the designated floor level. When the elevator stops at a certain floor, the video pauzes and starts again by travelling to another floor.
Video input can be changed, as well as parameters that are site specific. In this case the video playing has a "from hell to heaven" theme, from floor -1 to 4.
The installation was realised in the timespan of 5 days, during a workshop media technology, but was not registrated on camera. Therefore the simulation was rebuilt and animated in a 3d environment for visual reference.
