Nukleus, video, 2004.
This video is an attempt to repoduce the visual effect one can experience when watching out of a train window for some time. When looking away from the window where the world passes in a lineair motion, objects seem to move in a opposing direction from the outside world. The brain is correcting the image when looking out but has to adapt again when looking at a still object.
In the video Nukleus a normally lineair motion is converted into circular motion, while the sound is as a lineair unedited recording from within a moving train.
